1.
Individual
Psychotherapy
Individual therapy has many benefits. In our individual sessions, we will address current issues/troubles you are having. At the end of each session we set three goals to work on during the week following up to our next session. Goal setting is the key to growth. Goals can be centered around relationships, communication, boundaries, mental health, substance abuse and/or trauma.
2.
Couples
Therapy
Couples therapy entails meeting with aa therapist as a couple to resolve conflict and increase better communication.
3.
Substance Abuse Therapy
In substance abuse therapy sessions, we will help you overcome your addictions. We will create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals, which may include partner/family therapy sessions.
4.
EMDR & Trauma Therapy
The primary goal of trauma focused therapy and EMDR is to help you heal from the emotional wounds of trauma, which will reduce distressing symptoms and help you regain a sense of safety and control in your life. EMDR consultations are available upon request.
My Approach
The majority of people do everything they can to avoid feeling negative emotions. Most of us do not how to actually feel negative emotions. Tiffany uses a solution-focused, client-centered approach all within a supportive and judgment free space. She utilizes three modalities of therapy. EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Rather than ignoring negative emotions, or sweeping them under the rug, she will teach you how to lean into these emotions and not run from them.

About me
Tiffany Pranno is a licensed clinical social worker. She obtained her MSW from University of Southern California. Tiffany has years of real-world experience backed up by an education from one of the top social work schools in America.
Getting Help
If you are struggling, it's ok to ask for help. Coming to therapy will provide you with support and the tools needed to manage and regulate your emotions effectively. Engaging in therapy will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This awareness will help you recognize patterns, identify triggers, and make positive changes to improve your overall well-being.
